Louisville Business Journal is reporting that Louisville, Kentucky based Trilogy Health Services, LLC has completed the purchase of Gade Nursing Home. Until now, members of the Gade family have been running the nursing home.
The article also mentions that the facility will now be known as Gade Healthcare Center and that the company is looking for sites to build a "newly constructed Trilogy Village Model health campus in the next 18 to 20 months."
