Police believe that Paul B. Kaiser, 49, of Lewisburg was in an altercation with a 26 year old man who neighbors tell WHIO is his step daughter's ex boyfriend. The body of the suspect in the case, who has not yet been identified, was found later at another location after a fatal self inflicted gunshot wound.
