Greenville High School Wavaires to perform in NYC

The Greenville High School Wavaires, from Greenville, Ohio under the direction of Michele Smith, pride themselves with a diversity of musical repertoire.

The Greenville High School Music Department was awarded the 2001 Grammy Signature School and selected as one of the top 100 schools in the nation for music by the Grammy Foundation. They have performed in such noted venues as, Carnegie Hall, the Allen Room at Jazz at Lincoln Center, St. Paul’s Chapel, The Riverside Church, The Cathedral of St. John the Divine, South Street Seaport, and the Statue of Liberty, St. Patrick’s Cathedral, and the CBS Early Show.

A full rendition of this performance will be held at Memorial Hall on Monday June 4th at 6:30 PM.

Admission is free as a thank you to the public for their contributions to the NYC trip.
