Mindful Eating

Have you ever reached into the bag of chips to be surprised that you hit the bottom? Have you ever eaten a food item fast, only to realize you have no idea how it tasted? If you eat mindfully you can help to control your weight and blood glucose levels while allowing all food items to fit.

To learn more about eating healthy attend the next Free Monthly Diabetes Program at Wayne HealthCare. Karen Droesch RD,LD,CDE will discuss “Mindful Eating” on June 12, 2012 from 6-7 pm.
