MOLINA HEALTHCARE DONATES SUMMER CAMP PROGRAM MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT TO YMCA OF DARKE COUNTY

Greenville, Ohio (May 22, 2012) – Molina Healthcare, Inc. (NYSE:MOH) today announced a donation to the YMCA of Darke County to help improve children’s nutrition in the area. The grant will be used to purchase $1000 worth of planning materials and equipment for the Y’s school age child care program including CATCH® Kids Club lesson materials that help kids learn about healthy lifestyles and nutrition, and assorted equipment such as playground balls, footballs, batting tees, bean bags and volleyballs.

“We know student health has a direct impact on a child’s ability to learn and succeed,” said Amy Schultz Clubbs, president of Molina Healthcare of Ohio. “Programs like CATCH® Kids Club are helping young people across Ohio make healthy choices. We’re thrilled to be able to support important programs like this and others offered by the YMCA of Darke County.”

The grant is part of Molina’s commitment to making a positive impact in the communities within its service area. Through both the company’s Volunteer Time Off program that encourages employees to donate their time to charitable organizations and through financial support, Molina Healthcare has made a significant impact on agencies across Ohio.
