The Greenville Art Guild will hold its 37th annual Art Show and Sale September 29 thru October 3 at Shawnee Prairie Nature Center in Greenville.
The show's opening will be held in conjunction with the Darke County Park District's annual Prairie Days, September 29 and 30. This art show is a "must see" feast for the eyes with over 100 original pieces of art on display by local artists and many of them will be for sale. The public is invited to this free event and a lovely door prize painting by Leann Sowers will be awarded to one lucky art show attendee. Larry Wetzel of B & B Frame Gallery generously donated the beautiful framing for this painting.
The show will be open 9 to 5 on Saturday, Monday and Tuesday, 12 to 5 on Sunday and 9 until 2 on Wednesday, October 3. Be sure to stop by the face painting booth and the Guild sponsored free "make it and take it" craft for children.
