Mark your calendars for the 22nd Annual Arts Crafts, & Collectibles Show sponsored by Psi Iota Xi Sorority, Eta Iota Chapter of Parker City, Indiana.
The Arts, Crafts & Collectibles Show takes place 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday, October 27, 2012, at Monroe Central High School, located on State Road 32 East in Parker City, Indiana. Admission to the event is $1.00 per adult. Children 18 years and younger are free.
Bring your holiday gift list to peruse an array of high quality, hand-crafted items and collectibles offered by vendors from across Indiana. Be sure to stop by the bake sale tables to purchase goods prepared by members of the sorority. Raffle items include cash prizes, a Hobby Lobby gift card, and jewelry. Tickets are $1 apiece or six tickets for $5.
The SoupFest Luncheon includes a variety of made-from-scratch soups – including cream of broccoli -- and homemade pies, from apple to Indiana Sugar Cream. Lunch is served at 11 a.m. in the school cafeteria.
Proceeds from this fundraising event benefit the charitable projects of the Eta Iota Chapter of Psi Iota Xi, including scholarships for college-bound seniors, and funding for local music, art, and speech and hearing programs. Additionally, Parker City Memorial Library, a free lending library provided and staffed by the sorority as a community service to the residents of Parker City and Monroe and Stoney Creek Townships, is supported by fundraising activities.
