According to DelawareOnline.com, a truck driver from Arcanum was struck and killed late last night near Newport, Delaware.
Stephen Webb, 61, was heading south on US 141 when he pulled over to the side of the road and exited his tractor-trailer. Another driver struck the back of the truck, then hit Webb, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
