Mercer County Sheriff Jeff Grey announced the arrests of 5 persons on charges resulting from an investigation by the Grand Lake Task Force. The Task Force is a combined effort of law enforcement agencies in Mercer and Auglaize Counties. The Task Force was assisted by the deputies from the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office and Celina Police Officers in yesterday's arrests.

It is unlawful to knowingly purchase, receive, or otherwise acquire more than 9 grams of any pseudoephedrine product within a 30 consecutive day period.
Those arrested were:
- Christopher L. Brockman, age 33, C/O Mercer County Adult Detention Facility, 6 Counts of Unlawful Purchase of Pseudoephedrine Product. (All Counts are Misdemeanors of the First Degree).
- Christopher J. Steinbrunner, age 41, 2620 Sawmill Road Fort Recovery, Ohio, 2 Counts of Unlawful Purchase of Pseudoephedrine Product. (All Counts are Misdemeanors of the First Degree).
- Elizabeth M. Craw, age 25, 101 Parkview Drive, Celina, Ohio, 1 Count of Unlawful Purchase of Pseudoephedrine Product. (Misdemeanor of the First Degree).
- Joshua M. Wymer, age 29, 13517 St Route 49 New Weston, Ohio, 3 Counts of Unlawful Purchase of Pseudoephedrine Product. (All Counts are Misdemeanors of the First Degree).
- Jason J. Bruggeman, age 31, 13517 St Route 49 New Weston, Ohio, 2 Counts of Unlawful Purchase of Pseudoephedrine Product. (All Counts are Misdemeanors of the First Degree).
