WHIO: Second Person Charged in Grube Murders

WHIOtv.com reported yesterday that 22 year old Bryant Rhoades of Union City was arrested and arraigned on charges of obstructing justice related to the 2011 murders of Robert and Colleen Grube. This morning, they are at a press conference in Mercer County where Sheriff Jeff Grey announced charges for a second individual.

18 year old Trevin M. Sanders, 18, of Union City, Ohio, who is currently serving time in Indiana on an unrelated charge, is facing 27 different charges, which include aggravated homicide. Sanders was 17 years old at the time of the killings.

Prosecutors requested a $1 million bond for Rhoades, who was then given a $350,000 bond by the Municipal Judge in Mercer County.

WHIO also notes that "Rhoades was arrested at the same address where a suspected meth lab was raided in January 2012," where he was charged in relation as well.

Sheriff Grey also noted that they are searching for a female in relation to the case, as well.
