YOU COULD BE CHILLIN’ & GRILLIN’!

DON’T MISS CHANCE TO WIN CHAR-BROIL GRILL DURING DARKE CO. DAYS!

GREENVILLE, Ohio – Spring is here and that means it’s almost time to shut down the furnace and fire up the backyard barbecue. Community Blood Center (CBC) hopes to inspire plans for summer grilling with a special giveaway during the April 1 through May 31 “Darke County Days!” Blood Drive campaign.

All you have to do is register to donate at any Darke County blood drive scheduled Monday, April 1 through Friday, May 31 and you will be automatically entered into a drawing to win a new Char-Broil four-burner propane/natural gas grill.

This special giveaway is sponsored by Lowe’s at 1550 Wagner Ave. in Greenville. The Char-Broil four-burner grill features the Surefire electronic ignition at each burner for a reliable start every time. It easily converts from liquid propane to natural gas, and features porcelain-coated cast iron grates.

Everyone who registers to donate Monday, April 1 through Saturday, April 6 will also receive the free, charcoal grey “Keep Calm and Carry On Saving Lives” t-shirt. Other exciting donor gifts will follow during the Darke County Days! Blood Drive.

Scheduling your appointment is easy. Go on line www.donortime.com to schedule your own appointment. You can also contact Dana Puterbaugh, Darke County - Account Representative @ 937-997-2199 / dputerbaugh@givingblood.org to schedule your appointment.

Please remember that appointments have priority and Walk –Ins are always welcome as the schedule permits. This just means that if you walk in and all appointments are filled at the time you come to the blood drive we will let you know when the next available appointment is and you have the choice to either wait or come back at the time that is available.

Please always allow 45 minutes to 1 hour to get through the entire process, even if you have an appointment.
