Fort GreeneVille Chapter DAR Literacy chairman Taylor Nehring collected over 100 used books from chapter members. The used books collected were donated to the Greenville Friends of the Library for their annual used book sale. The proceeds for the sale will provide materials, equipment, and programs that go beyond the Greenville Public Library's budget. Past funding helped purchase encyclopedias for the Children's Dept., update the microfilm for the Genealogy Dept., and fund the Summer Family Reading Program.
