NO MORE BULLYING – RESPECT ROCKS!

Leonardo & the Makin’ Waves band will present an Anti-bullying—Character Education—Positive Behavior show on August 9 at 10:30 am at the EUM Downtown Campus Youth Center. This is a fun, high energy, interactive concert that educates students on WHAT is bullying, TYPES of bullying and SOLUTIONS to bullying. The show presents the concepts of Respect, Cooperation, Inclusion and the Golden Rule in simple sing-a-long songs. The program utilizes call and response singing, audience volunteers, and dance/hand motions, along with Leonardo’s award winning songs and some favorites adapted just for the event. Well known songs like “Woolly Bully” become “No More Bullies.” Happy students = Good students and so it’s never too early to introduce an anti-bullying/positive behavior message.

Everyone is invited to come and enjoy the lively music and message. After the program, children, ages 18 years and younger, are invited to stay for a free, nutritious and delicious meal provided by the Summer Food Service Program of EUM Church. Mark it on your calendar – this is a ‘can’t miss’ event!
