The Children's Theatre Club will be holding Auditions for the Musical Narnia, based on the book The Lion The Witch and The Wardrobe. Children's Theatre Club is a non-profit organization that offers theatre opportunities for area youth. Everyone who auditions will get a part and participate on stage. Auditions will be held on Saturday September 21st. Registration for new members will begin at 9am with a mandatory parent meeting at 10am auditions will end at 4pm. Participants will need to be present during the entire audition process. A lunch break will be held from 12 until 12:30. Members are encouraged to bring a sack lunch or parents may drop off lunch, participants will not be permitted to leave during the break.
Children's Theatre Club will be holding preregistration for Narnia Auditions on September 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th from 4pm till 8pm. Current or new members who preregister will save $5.00 off the $40.00 show fee. Show fees must be paid by auditions unless prior arrangements have been made.
For the first time ever adults will allowed to audition and participate in the production alongside the youth members.
Members who are interested in a leading or supporting role need to bring a prepared song. Ensemble members will audition with a well known song chosen by the Musical Director.
Ticket sales and show fees make up only a small portion of money needed to produce the performances. Children's Theatre Club remaining funding comes from the generous support of our donors. Thank You to all our supporters. Please contact us if you are interested in supporting arts for area youth.
