The rules are simple. Have your pie(s) to the Nature Center’s classroom between 9:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Judging will promptly start at 11:00a.m. There is a $2 entry fee per pie. No meringue or refrigerated pies. The pies will be divided into the following categories: Apple, Berry, Peach, and Other. Your pie(s) will need to be baked in a disposable pie pan as we cannot return dishes. Cash prize will be awarded to the best in show entry. If you have any questions call 937-548-0165.
After judging, the pies will be sold in the Mad Anthony Tavern and General Store. All proceeds benefit the Friends of the Darke County Parks.
