Letterboxing 101 at Shawnee Prairie

Are you looking for a fun activity the entire family can partake in? Letterboxing is a worldwide hobby much like a treasure hunt! Darke County Parks is hosting a Letterboxing 101 class on Saturday, September 7th at 1:00pm at Shawnee Prairie Preserve (4267 State Route 502 West).

This class will show you how to access clues online, how to follow the clues, and what to do once you find the treasure! You will learn how to create your own letterboxing kit and some sneaky hunting techniques. We’ll also check out some examples out in the Park.
