I am writing in support of Sue Bowman for school board. I have known Sue and her family for over 20 years as a friend and neighbor. Her priorities are family, faith and community. Sue always displays incredible dedication, determination and focus to any and all tasks in which she is involved.
Having five children (one special needs) and actively participating in all their events, raising cattle with her husband and starting her own business, indicates the level of energy she brings to every project she undertakes.
She has been instrumental in leading the school board in her first term and has made some tough, but ultimately wise decisions, for the benefit of Greenville City Schools. Sue put the committee together that worked to pass the Bond Levy Issue that, after 5 previous failed attempts, passed in August. I believe that at this time, when a building project is underway, it is best to have the continuity of a strong, proven leader like Sue Bowman.
I urge you to elect Sue Bowman for Greenville School Board.
