His original sentencing date was last month, which he missed while running from authorities who were looking for him in connection to an aggravated robbery in the YMCA parking lot in Greenville. He will serve 18 months for the assault conviction.
In the near future, Nichols will appear in Darke County court for the aggravated robbery charge.
