Versailles Health Care Center is pleased to invite the community to its monthly event for people with Parkinson’s Disease and their families! Power Over Parkinson’s meets monthly on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 4 pm to exercise, socialize and learn. It is a FREE meeting. The next Power Over Parkinson’s group will take place Wednesday, December 11 at 4 pm at The Rehab Clinic at Versailles Health Care Center. For December’s meeting, Versailles Health Care Center will be hosting an end-of-the-year Holiday Sharing Event. Invitees are asked to come and share their story of empowerment over Parkinson’s. Everyone is encouraged to bring a plate of a favorite holiday treat to share with the group. The group will also watch an inspiring NEW video featuring the Parkinson’s LSVT BIG & LOUD Program Successes for 2013!
The Power Over Parkinson’s group will be led by Shannon Condon, Speech Therapist, and Gina Boerger, Physical Therapist. Shannon and Gina hope to offer positive resources to people with Parkinson’s and their caregivers. For more information or to RSVP, please call Shannon at 937.526.0130.
