The Greenville Police Department has been awarded the HOPE Foundation grant. Funds for this grant come from the Jan Johns Community Fund of the HOPE Foundation of Darke County, Ohio.
The grant money was used to purchase an automatic externald efibrillator (AED) which will be carried in one of our patrol division cruisers. This is another way in which our department can provide for a safer public and be prepared to give potential life-saving assistance when called upon.
Our appreciation is extended to the HOPE Foundation of Darke County for selecting the Greenville Police Department for this important grant.
