H.B. graduated from Versailles High School in 1981 and graduated from Miami University with a B.S. degree in Business Administration.
Hole is active in the community as a member of the Versailles Lions Club, the Heritage Park board, Boy Scout Troop 79 and is a past chairman of the Poultry Days Festival. H.B. lives in Versailles with his wife Brenda and their two sons.
