In celebration of National Nursing Home Week, May 12-17th, Rest Haven entertained residents, families, and staff with a carnival filled with music, games, food, and most of all FUN! On Wednesday evening the carnival arrived in Rest Haven’s dining room and courtyard. Traditional carnival games with prizes engaged all who attended; while Stan ‘the banjo man’ Garrison played bluegrass and old time music for all to enjoy. Fresh popcorn, snow cones, and laughter from the bounce house made everyone feel just like they were at a ‘real carnival’! At Rest Haven WE DELIVER fun through various activities that encompass mind, body, and spirit for any age.
