Business and Industry Center to offer free Six Sigma session

The Business and Industry Center at Edison Community College is offering a free executive overview of Lean/Six Sigma on Wednesday, August 13th. The event, which includes breakfast, will be held from 8–10 a.m. in room 504 of the Emerson Center at the Piqua campus.

Providing participants with a deeper exploration of Lean and Six Sigma, the session will cover techniques and tools used to reduce waste, improve quality, generate higher efficiencies, and more. The session will also outline details of state grant programs that can help offset training costs.
