Tim Harless joined Alex Mikos on WTGR's Community Ties Program yesterday to discuss this year's lineup of horse races at The Great Darke County Fair, including the return of
the Gene Reigle Memorial Race, as well as
honoring Darke County native Chelsey Keiser, an active professional jockey now based in Boston.
