3 Arrested for Tiffin Street Home Invasion

On October 6, 2014 at approximately 1:12 a.m., the Greenville Police Department, with assistance from the Darke County Sheriffs Office, responded to 232 Tiffin Street on a report of a burglary that had just occurred involving three suspects.

During the course of the investigation, detectives developed the identities of the three suspects.

On October 8, 2014, Complaints and Arrest Warrants were issued for Aggravated Burglary, along with a search warrant for 331 West Main Street in Greenville.

Greenville Police located and arrested 33 year old Daniel J. Bush at his residence where the search warrant was executed, and 29 year old Jeremiah D. Burkhart of Greenville. The Versailles Police arrested 32 year old James S. Bush at his residence in Versailles. All three suspects were taken to the Darke County Jail and held without bond.

This investigation is ongoing and additional charges will likely be added during the upcoming Grand Jury.
