Darke County Retired Teachers Association (DCRTA) will be holding its 1st general membership meeting on Thursday, March 19, 11:30 a.m., in the Brick Room at BRC. Lunch will be served (cost is $8.00), and the program for the meeting will be a presentation by the Old Thyme Gardeners of the Shawnee Prairie Reserve.
