State of the Heart Hospice recently received a $5,000 grant from CareSource for patient care needs for the nonprofit agency. CareSource is a leading nonprofit sector managed care company, meeting the needs of health care consumers for more than 24 years. “We are greatly appreciative to CareSource for their generosity,” Stated Christy Baker, Development Specialist for State of the Heart.
