ACES Students Volunteer for Earth Day

Thanks to the students at ACES (Achievement Center for Educational Success) that gave a day of their time to volunteer for the Darke County Parks on Earth Day. They cleaned flowerbeds and spruced up at the Council House beside the Garst Museum. Lesson of the day was giving back to your community and getting that sense of accomplishment. Again, your community appreciates your hard work students!

For more information about the ACES program call Jeff Vaughn, program coordinator at 937-548-8002 or check the web site at www.councilonruralservices.org. The Achievement Center for Education Success (ACES) and Gateway Youth are programs of Council on Rural Services … programs for innovative learning.
