As times have changed due to technology, Family Health is offering patients a secure online portal for e-mail communication with their healthcare provider. Family Health is requesting that patients provide their e-mail addresses when checking-in for an appointment. As patients you have the option to choose how to be contacted by your healthcare provider --- either by telephone, U.S. postal service, or through secure e-mail.
