On November 13, 2015 at approximately 10:48 P.M. Darke County Deputies along with Greenville Township Rescue, Greenville Township Fire, and CareFlight were dispatched to the 2700 Block of State Route 571 reference to an accident with injuries.
Preliminary investigation shows that a silver Honda Civic, driven by a 17 year old male, was traveling east on State Route 571. The vehicle went off the right side of the road struck a telephone pole and a parked car before coming to rest on it's driver's side. The driver was taken by CareFlight to Miami Valley Hospital where he is listed in critical condition.
This incident remains under investigation by the Darke County Sheriff's Office.
