Tips for Being Fit

Are you the type of person who hates to exercise? Do you refer to exercise as the bad “E” word? Exercise does not mean you have to join the gym or have the latest workout clothes. Exercise should be fun, or at least not dreadful.

Karen Droesch RD,LD,CDE from Wayne HealthCare will discuss “Tips for Being Fit”. The presentation will discuss strategies to inspire everyone to get moving. We will also briefly talk about lifestyle choices for being healthy with diabetes. These include: healthy food choices, screenings to monitor for complications and sick day guidelines.

The program will be held on October 11, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in the third floor conference room at Wayne HealthCare. The program is FREE to attend. If you have questions about the program please call 937-547-5750.
