Versailles Health Care Center is pleased to announce Kim Fair as the March 2017 Employee of the Month. Fair has been a member of the Versailles Health Care Center team as the Activity Director since July 2016. She was recognized by her fellow co-workers for doing amazing things in the Activity Department and being a great team player. One co-worker stated, “She always has a smile on her face and you can hear her laughter throughout the facility.”
Kristy Earick, CEO/Administrator, added “Kim has brought enthusiasm and excitement to our facility! She has a contagious spirit that fills our center with laughter! Kim is phenomenal and we are proud to have her on our team!” Fair received a monetary bonus for her outstanding accomplishments. She also earned the designated Employee of the Month parking spot. Congratulations to Kim Fair!
