On April 22nd at 7 pm, the Ansonia FFA held a donkey basketball tournament, yes I said DONKEY basketball, between the Ansonia FFA, the Ansonia FFA Alumni, the Versailles FFA, and the St. Henry FFA.
Many people attended this event to support a great group of kids, while visiting the Ansonia High School Gym for this hilarious event. Teams consisted of 4 participants who had to play a basketball game, all while riding on the back of a donkey.
By the end of the night, the Versailles FFA team was crowned donkey basketball champions, although everyone in attendance would probably agree that it was the donkeys who really won!
