Ladybug Garden Club Plants Flowers at the Fairgrounds
The Ladybug Garden Club planted the flowerbeds at the Darke County fairgrounds using different shades of marigolds to create a sunburst effect. Marigolds used were Bonanza double dwarf, yellow and orange Inca marigold as well as the two colors of Marvel marigold. Varieties of sun coleus planted were Spice Curry, Inferno, Chipotle, Alabama Sunset, Habanero, Merlin's Magic and more.

Not pictured was Charlene Thornhill. Chairpersons for the planting was Becky Collins, Shirley Linder and Carol Baughman.
