84th Annual Tri-Village Community & School Fair

The 84th Annual Tri-Village Community & School Fair will swing into action the first week of October in combination with Homecoming Week. Many of the traditional events like the Pumpkin Decorating Contest, Mini Tractor Pull, Children’s Games, Pinewood Derby Race, Crops & Produce Contest, the Baking Contest, and the Parade will take place on Saturday, Oct 7 in New Madison. Great homemade soups, chicken & noodles meal with mashed potatoes, green beans & roll, marinated pork loin, along with homemade pies, cakes, and brownies will be available in the Commons area until 5:00. One of the newest events is the Car Show with registration at 12:30 followed by the show from 1-5:00 with music and trophies. Throughout the day a variety of local vendors will be in the Commons. Stop by and thank them for supporting our annual event. The evening will wind down with the American Legion Chicken Dinner at 5:00 and the School Fair Dance for students in grades 6th-8th in the Tri-Village Auditorium from 7-9:00 and the Kids’ Dance for grades K-6th at the Civic Center from 8-10:00 sponsored by the New Madison Civic Organization. Festivities will also include the crowning of the first ever School Fair Prince & Princess from Tri-Village Junior High at the Pre-Game Festivities before the Homecoming Football game on Fri. Oct. 6.
