Greenville's Jesse Green returns from duty in Iraq (w/update)

After a year in Iraq, Greenville's Jesse Green is back in Ohio. Green is the judge advocate for the Ohio National Guard's 371st Sustainment Brigade. The brigade's return home was featured in the Dayton media this evening, with Jesse Green being shown (ever-so-briefly) in video on WHIO and WKEF.

Green's brigade was assigned to the Al Asad Airbase in the Anbar Province of Iraq. Back in February, Green met Congressman John Boehner during a visit to Al Asad.

Jesse Green is an assistant Darke County prosecutor and is expected to return to his position very soon.

Thank you for your service - and welcome home.

UPDATE
: Jesse Green was awarded a bronze star for his time in Iraq. Congratulations Jesse!
