The streets are open in Arcanum ... they are a little bumpy. I'm sure that will be remedied when they apply the final layer of asphalt; it also looks as if they have synchronized the traffic lights.
Hey Merlin- The traffic lights have been like this for oh lets say the past 18 months. They even blink from 12am till 5am every day.
Be nice to Merlin ... he's helping us out!
I'm sure the road will be paved smooth right after they smooth out the roads leading south out of town.
