Whitney Houston - the best?!? The best hype, but certainly not the best vocal rendition of our National Anthem. Check out Carrie Underwood at the NFL playoffs, NSync (yes, NSync at the world series a few years back - excellent), or my personal favorite....Frank Drevin in Naked Gun.
I agree with dj...Whitney WAS a good singer. Her performance on "DWTS" was awful. Yes, she has gotten help, succeeded and that's good for her. But....her version of the National Anthem is still not the best performance to date. The song is not meant to be stylized into a "performance" or "show".
This police officer not only needs time off but the flag needs to be removed from his uniform until he learns the words.
