Note to Democrats: This doesn't mean a thing. Keep doing what you're doing.

  5. Can we label this the "Boston Tea Party"? I hope it is the beginning of the end of socialism in this country---Americans finally woke up.

  6. Better check his voting record. He's certainly not a typical Republican.

  7. The public is fed up with both parties , The citizens would really like an elected official in Washington that truly represented them and not all the special interest groups that are now ruling the Congress.
The bad part about Brown winning is we could see years of absolutely nothing getting accomplished, all the while they are drawing a great salary and benefits provided by the taxpayers.
I will be hard pressed to vote for any incumbent from here out.
Even though I am a republican I will say they are just as bad as the dems, just on different issues.

  8. I agree with jan.20 4:01 pm.The public is fed up with both parties and what makes it so bad is there is no third party worthy of winning a high profile election. If this country is so free why is there not more political parties to choose from?

  9. Actually, Duke, and I'm sure that you know this because you're a smart person...there are a lot of real political parties in the US. It's just that the republicans, democrats, (and some) libertarians have all the money. Therefore, they have the "power". I don't know the answer, but like you and 4:01, I'm pretty fed up as well. That being said, I am glad to see Kennedys' seat taken by someone that is not a democrat. Brown is not the "typical" republican, but he will throw a wrench into the grand plans of the democrats!
