On Friday, February 5 the Ansonia Athletic Wall of Fame committee will induct a new member. Jack Hatert, class of 2001 will be recognized for his athletic accomplishments in football, basketball and track. A partial listing of his football honors include; Lettermen years 9, 10, 11,12; All CCC Academic Team years 9, 10,11 & 12; Southwest District Special Mention year 10; CCC First Team year 12; Southwest District Second Team year 12 and numerous school and local awards. Track honors include; Lettermen year 9; All CCC Academic Team year 9. A partial listing of his basketball honors include; Lettermen years 9, 10, 11, 12; CCC First Team years 10, 11, 12; All CCC Academic Team years 9, 10, 11 & 12; Southwest District Honorable Mention years 9, 10; District 9 Honorable Mention years 11; District 9 All Star Coaches Team year 12; District 9 All Star Media Team year 12 and numerous school and local awards. The ceremony will take place at halftime of the home varsity basketball game with Mississinawa Valley.
