The drug trade in Greenville is continuing to grow. Dayton has targeted us as a new market to exploit. It is ESSENTIAL that Greenville Police step up efforts to eradicate this problem from our city.

  5. Way to go Greenville Police… getting 4 more pushers off the streets of Greenville. Hopefully our court system will put them away for a long time. Yeah, they sure are an attractive bunch… you would think it would wake up those thinking about trying drugs.

  8. I have been a local store owner in Greenville for several years. I am glad that they caught these 4 drug dealers, but when are we going to take down the rest of them. Example: In my store, I hear deals being made, via cell phones. If I can point out who is doing what in DC then it cant be that hard to find them. I have called in tips, but nothing happens. It took the Miracle clan over a yr to be caught, and I personally saw them doing deals on Chippewa. Also, why is the police not patroling Morrow, Chippewa, Riffle Aves. Big mouths in town, on their cell phones, can tell ya where to patrol. The police, people in the neighborhoods, just need to listen and speek up.
If we all do not like the Dayton garbage, then we should not let them move in. Listen up land lords, you can see what you are renting to. Do some back ground checks and stop being so cheap.

  11. Our local law enforcement are getting the job done. I hate when I hear people talk about how they told the police something and the next day the people they reported are not in jail. I wonder what the people who call this stuff in would do if someone were to call something in on them. I guess when the police kick in your door and throw you in jail before they do a proper investigation you may not be so critical. Oh I guess you didn't think about that did you. I suppose if law enforcement did that on your knowledge of the facts from the phone call you over heard you would not complain when the judge tossed it out of court like a bad penny....would you??? Don't get me wrong I want them all gone also but you have to use common sense.

  12. Come on, 2 years of complaints. I documented every time I called in to tell them. And just so you know, the one guy was in jail for over 2 months in Mont. Co. No charces from Darke was filed to take him in. He was released and was back on Chippewa selling drugs for another 9 months. Thats to me, sounds terrible and lazy on the attournies who we hire to remove this kind of stuff.

  13. Please explain to me how the process works then. How does it work? You call in and you establish enough probable cause to kick in the door and arrest these people. I would like to know what you saw that was also documented other than how many times you called the police. Did the police have enough to charge the person that was in jail. It seems like if one of them was in jail for 2 months they probably weren't doing anything wrong. Please explain it to me because I am really interested.
