The Lady Wave extended their record to 27-3, with a 6-1 win over Springfield Shawnee (16-9) in the Sectional Finals Wednesday night in Piqua. The game was postponed from a rain date Tuesday. Their next opponent in the District Finals will be either Valley View or Chaminade-Julienne, who play each other tomorrow night. The District finals game will be at Lakota East in West Chester/north of Cincinnati , just off I-75, on Friday night at 5:00 PM. [thanks to Dick Brown for pphotos and info]
