Plate Pro Extreme Model 2000 installed and in Production at Rebsco, Inc.

Rebsco, Inc. located at 4362 US Rte 36W, Greenville, Ohio has recently purchased and installed the PlatePro Extreme Model 2000 Cutting Machine. The CNC cutting table will handle materials as large as 72” x 288”. The Ultra-Cut XT-300 plasma torch delivers productivity, high precision and performance on both mild steel and non-ferrous materials. “We can pierce up to a1 ½” thickness with up to a 3” edge start for mild steel, aluminum and stainless,” states Rebsco, Inc. fabrication superintendent Larry Hummel. “The Oxy-fuel torch can do mild steel up to 6” thick.”

“The addition of this equipment is a real asset to our business and to our customers,” says Tyeis L. Baker-Baumann, President. “Not only does it increase our productivity and quality, but it reduces material waste. This machine will allow us to enhance the types of products we currently provide for our customers . And we are now able to provide certain custom fabrication services not previously available.”

This equipment includes a Koike KAR CNC PC Based Control system. In some circumstances, Rebsco, Inc. will be able to take a customer’s existing AutoCAD drawing and convert it for use on the cutting machine at a minimal expense. If the customer does not have their own drawing, however, Rebsco, Inc. can easily provide that service.

In addition to its long history of serving the material handling needs of a variety of industries (including feed, grain, asphalt, aggregate, and general industrial manufacturers), Rebsco, Inc. has a great custom fabrication shop. Local residents with metal projects , big or small, can come to Rebsco, Inc. to purchase bare steel or aluminum, or have the shop brake, shear, weld and now use the precision cutting machine for those home or farm projects.

Rebsco, Inc. is very excited to offer the services of this machine to our current and future customers. Stop by or call 937-548-2246 for your fabrication needs!
