Wednesday morning: heavy winds bring down several trees in Greenville
This tree fell on a car on West Third Street Wednesday morning during a short but powerful storm. Owner of the gold car-lucky, the black car-not so lucky.
don't be retarded. Anyone can cut a tree down as long as they replace it. the replacement could be cheap and small and go anywhere along the property. This is a common rule all over the country.
Most likely, the owner didn't like that fact and considers that the city telling him "no."
but continue to blame the city for homeowners' assumed risk, by all means.
My car was parked on Sycamore, just around the corner from where this tree fell! Lucky for me, but I'm sorry for the owner of the other car.
ReplyDeleteAs per usual, 24 hours later it finds DC.
ReplyDeleteWhat is really said is that the owner asked the city if he could cut the tree down due to bad roots....Sadly, they declined and now look what happens!
ReplyDeleteDC??
