Full Time Receptionist/Accounts Payable – We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual with excellent customer service skills. The primary roles of this position include:
• Direct incoming and outgoing communication
• Greet visitors
• Route telephone and faxed messages appropriately
• Prepare invoices and checks for approval and determine proper account coding and totals, adjusting as needed.
• Enter all payable invoices into financial software.
• Perform data entry into donation software.
• Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
Full Time RN Float Nurse– Two years of experience in Medical/Surgical, oncology or community health preferred. The float nurse will be required to be a Registered Nurse. The float nurse will rotate between the Darke, Mercer, and Jay offices. Applicants must be flexible and willing to travel.
Hospice Aide – Our Jay office in Portland, Indiana is seeking a Hospice Aide to join our team for an afternoon/evening shift. Hours are from 1:00 – 9:30. All applicants must be certified and have completed their 75 hours of formal training.
