Karl and Charlotte Brown Celebrate 50 Years of Marriage

Karl and Charlotte Brown of West Manchester will be celebrating their golden wedding anniversary on August 27 at Wildcat Woods Campground (1355 Wildcat Road Greenville, OH). They wish to invite their family and friends to share in their joy by being their guests at a hog roast at 1:00 with all the fixings and a good time. The couple asks that you please omit gifts.

They were married on August 27 1961 by Rev. Carlton Spencer. The wedding took place in the front room Charlotte’s Parents’ farmhouse.

They are the parents of 3 children: Brenda (Mike) Petitjean of Manchester, TN, Kurt (Kelly) Brown of Greenville, OH, and Kim (Dave) Harris of Piqua, OH. They have grandchildren, step-grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Karl is retired from Alcoa of Richmond, IN, and Charlotte from driving a Greenville school bus. They are both retired from Wildcat Woods Campground, but they are still farming.

  1. We are excited about this milestone. Hope everyone can come celebrate the day. Only bring your good wishes unless you want something stronger to drink than lemonade.
