On Tuesday, August 9, 2011 at approximately 2:00 p.m., the Greenville Police Department assisted the Ohio Adult Parole Authority in the arrest of Robert Plato Jr. at 140 Summer Dr. in Olwine’s Trailer Park. The arrest was a result of a parole violation. Plato was on parole for felonies that included kidnapping and robbery. Found in Plato’s possession were numerous items that included rope, scanners, radios, false law enforcement credentials, stun gun, handcuffs, mace, knives, and fake guns. Further charges may be pending.

  1. Judge Hein will make sure he gets out and back on the streets ASAP.

  2. That is one of the scariest things to read. Thank you to the GPD and the Parole Dept for making this arrest. I hope he is in prison for years for this violation of his parole.
