The Darke County Health Department would like to announce the date for the first of three Flu Clinics to be held for the 2011/2012 Flu Season. The first clinic will be held at the Darke County Health Department, 300 Garst Ave. Greenville, on Wednesday September 14, 2011. Clinic hours are 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 1:00p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Vaccination cost is $20. Traditional Medicare, Medicaid, and cash or check will be accepted. Sorry, no HMO’s. Pneumonia vaccine will also be offered at this time for interested persons. Annual Influenza vaccination is recommended for all persons ages 6 months and older.
