WHIOtv.com: Jackson Charged in Death of Bicyclist

WHIOtv.com is reporting that Patrick Jackson of Greenville was charged with 2 counts of aggravated vehicular homicide and one count of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol in connection to the death of Richard Monk. Monk was struck by the pickup driven by Jackson while he was riding to work at Walmart. You can read the initial press release of the incident from June by clicking here.

Jackson pleaded not guilty on all charges and remains free on bond.

  2. do you let someone free on bond the committed murder with a knife or gun? I wonder if he still is able to drive?

  4. What do you call it when you kill someone with a 5000# weapon?
    I don't know either one of these people but feel SO sorry for the man that lost his life due to the pure negligence of another human being.
