Meeting to answer questions from Non Profit Organizations

The Annie Oakley Committee has had a good response from the community for space requests at the upcoming Annie Oakley Days Festival, July 27, 28 and 29.There have been a lot of questions about what is allowed and what is not, and the Annie Oakley Committee would like to respond with a meeting to answer all of your questions. If you or your group is thinking of holding a fund raiser at the festival, we urge you to attend this meeting. In attendance will be Janel Hodges, RS of the Darke County General Health District to explain when a food permit would be needed and to answer your questions about the permit process.
If you have questions about a food permit but are unable to attend the meeting you can reach Janel at 548-4196 ext. 206.

To get your group or organization in the running, download the space request form from our website and send it in or attend the meeting.
