Annie Oakley Committee to Hold Informational Meeting for Non Profits

Meeting to answer questions from Non Profit Organizations
Tuesday, March 13, 2012
6:00 PM at Edison College, Greenville Campus, 610 Wagner Ave. Greenville.

The Annie Oakley Committee has had a good response from the community for space requests at the upcoming Annie Oakley Days Festival, July 27, 28 and 29.

There have been a lot of questions about what is allowed and what is not, and the Annie Oakley Committee would like to respond with a meeting to answer all of your questions. If you or your group is thinking of holding a fund raiser at the festival, we urge you to attend this meeting. In attendance will be Janel Hodges, RS of the Darke County General Health District to explain when a food permit would be needed and to answer your questions about the permit process.

If you have questions about a food permit but are unable to attend the meeting you can reach Janel at 548-4196 ext. 206.

We have added a non-profit Space Request form on our web site that you can find by clicking here.

To get your group or organization in the running, download the space request form from our website and send it in or attend the meeting.
